Common specifications for PVC drainage pipes include:

The main nominal outer diameters are 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm, 125mm, 160mm, 200mm, 250mm, 315mm, 400mm, and 500mm, respectively. Most PVC drainage pipe specifications have certain differences, which is a normal phenomenon. The length of PVC pipes is generally 4m or 6m, while other lengths are determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties. Common specifications for PVC drainage pipes include outer diameters of 50, 75, 110, 160, 200, and even larger specifications such as 315. Each specification has different wall thicknesses, such as 3.2 and 3.0 for 110.

The fittings of PVC drainage pipes include tees, tees, elbows, inspection ports, storage bends, pipe clamps, expansion joints, rainwater gutters, breathable caps, floor drains, etc.

PVC pipes are mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, with appropriate stabilizers, lubricants, fillers, color enhancers, etc. added. They are extruded by plastic extruders and injection molded by injection molding machines. Through cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, packaging and other processes, the production of pipes and fittings is completed. Excellent physical and chemical properties, chemical corrosion resistance, high impact strength, low fluid resistance, 30% higher flow rate than cast iron pipes of the same diameter, aging resistance, long service life, with a service life of not less than 50 years, making it an ideal material for building water supply and drainage.
